Moshiri happily agrees to your proposal, and suddenly you have the money to improve the water and sanitation facilities. Pipes are replaced, water treatment plants are modernized, and most homes recieve water-saving toilets and showers. It takes months to finish the work, but people do notice that the government is doing something about the crisis. The Farzin Brotherhood notices as well, and they agree to settle down. It looks like the danger has passed.
