Kingswood College Final Challenge
Get to school on time for Wellbeing and your big test in Period 1
By mjall3

You do the right thing by deciding to help the little old lady cross Station Street.

You know that taking her up to the lights at the pedestrian crossing may mean you get to school late but it’s not worth risking anyone’s life by crossing in the middle of the road on busy Station Street. The two of you slowly walk up to the pedestrian crossing.

When you arrive your phone reads 8:21am as you push the button for the lights as the little old lady patiently waits.

It’s over, you’re now late for Wellbeing. As you stand there waiting for the pedestrian light to turn green, you ponder how this is taking forever. While the pedestrian light is still red you see a break in the traffic and go to lead the little old lady by the arm across the road but she stops you and says “patience, good things come to those who wait Love.” Yeah and it also gets you to your test late you think.

Eventually, the pedestrian lights turn green and you help the little old lady cross the road, whereupon she thanks you and makes her way slowly off into the distance with her shopping cart.

You immediately run back across the pedestrian crossing while the light is green and sprint towards school. You take out your phone to check the time… 8:29am… you’re so late.

You enter the building knowing you’ve missed Wellbeing but, if you quickly go to your locker and get your pencil case, you have your formula sheet in your pocket and stand a good chance of getting to your classroom room in time for the start of the big test in Period 1 when it dawns on you… you are late for school and haven’t signed in.

Do you:
