This party has no known positions other than the one implied by its name, but that's the point: like Sinn Féin in Ireland, voting for them isn't an attempt to influence policy in the relevant elected body, but a protest against the thing itself. The Brexit Party represents a refusal to take any further part in European affairs, even while withdrawal negotiations continue - and it looks set to become the largest party in Britain's EU parliamentary delegation.
