European Elections!

Your ideas align most closely with those of the GREEN PARTY.

Their origins in ecological campaigning stretch back to the 1970s, and in recent years the Greens' growing presence at local, national and European level has led to them outlining detailed policy proposals for all areas of governance, and emerging as a real force on the British left. As part of the Greens/European Free Alliance group in Brussels, the UK Green Party will keep campaigning and voting for the strongest possible environmental measures in Europe for as long as they are in the EU parliament.

The Greens' best chances are in the South West, South East, West Midlands, and Yorkshire and the Humber regions of England. Elsewhere, you might want to consider voting for the LIBERAL DEMOCRATS, whose environmental policy is also pretty strong, and who might stand a better chance of securing seats.
